Commercial insurance is also called private insurance and may come from your job, your spouse's job, or the Health Insurance Marketplace.

If you have commercial insurance, you may be eligible to receive Rezdiffra for as little as $10 a month with the Copay Savings Card*.

Madrigal Patient Support or your specialty pharmacy will confirm your insurance coverage. Your Madrigal Patient Support Case Manager and your specialty pharmacy will explain any out-of-pocket costs.
How do I know if I’m eligible for financial assistance?

Your Madrigal Patient Support Case Manager will identify and inform you of potential financial assistance options that may be available to you.

What if my prescription insurance changes?

If your prescription insurance changes, call your Madrigal Patient Support Case Manager or your specialty pharmacy to check your coverage. If you are eligible, you may apply for Madrigal Patient Support’s financial assistance programs at any time.
