Once you’re enrolled in Madrigal Patient Support, your dedicated Case Manager will reach out to you to explain how we can help. Your Case Manager will help you understand your insurance coverage and explore financial assistance options. Your Case Manager will also coordinate with your insurance-approved specialty pharmacy to process and deliver your medication.

Who is my Case Manager?
At Madrigal Patient Support, you’ll be connected with a dedicated Case Manager, who will serve as your primary point of contact. Your Case Manager can assist with program enrollment, navigating health insurance, and exploring financial assistance options. If you need education about your condition or medication, your Case Manager can connect you with a Nurse Navigator.
When will I hear from my Case Manager?
When you are enrolled into the program, your Case Manager will reach out to you via telephone to welcome you. You can expect a call within a few days of your enrollment. If you have any questions, you can always call Madrigal Patient Support at 1-877-219-7770, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 8 PM ET.
Do Case Managers speak Spanish or other languages besides English?
Yes, we have Case Managers who speak Spanish, and we also offer support in multiple other languages. Please call Madrigal Patient Support at 1-877-219-7770, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 8 PM ET, and let them know you would like to speak with someone who speaks Spanish or another language.
Who will contact me about my medicine delivery?
You will receive a call from Madrigal Patient Support or your specialty pharmacy to coordinate the delivery of your medicine. It is important to answer calls from Madrigal Patient Support and your specialty pharmacy to avoid any delays in the shipment of your medicine.
For your first prescription, you can expect to receive your medicine within 30-45 days.
Who is my Nurse Navigator?
Your Nurse Navigator specializes in gastroenterology and hepatology. They can provide disease and treatment education to patients who are prescribed Rezdiffra.Madrigal Patient Support Nurse Navigators do not provide medical or treatment-related advice. For any specific questions, please contact your prescribing healthcare provider (HCP).
What information can my Nurse Navigator provide?
Our Nurse Navigator team can provide education about your condition and your prescribed medication. Your Nurse Navigator can explain how it works, what to expect, and answer questions you might have. Keep in mind: Your doctor is the best source of information for questions about your health.
