4 steps to Rx fulfillment

Send the Prescription
Our medication is available through a limited distribution network of specialty pharmacies (SP). You can send the prescription to any of the SPs on the list.

 

      • If you’re unsure which pharmacy to send it to for your patient’s specific coverage, enroll your patient in Madrigal Patient Support and we can help you. Go to madrigalenrollmentHCP.com
Confirmation Step
The SP will confirm insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs.

 

      • Prior authorization (PA) may be needed to obtain our medication; the process can take 2 to 10 days
      • The SP will coordinate with your office to complete the PA
      • You can also submit necessary PA forms through
        CoverMyMeds (CMM)
Shipping Step

The SP will call the patient to schedule shipment.

      • Please remind your patient to accept the call from the SP

 

Refills Step

The SP will contact the patient for refills.
